Subway in Bitburg

Unfortunately not really parking spaces available. Friendly but a little slow service.

It's delicious, but unfriendly staff, Dealing with the food in the cold and long waiting times ergo meat is cold again before you start to eat

The food was great, the staff could work on their friendliness.

So when all things are there in this subway I will draw 3 crosses on the calendar. there is always something not in stock and that is then pushed onto the delivery. The same thing every time and that on a Saturday evening. This time the cockies were hard as stone. In the beginning really great subway but unfortunately no longer recommended.

Incredibly unmotivated employees, no skill in occupying the subs. The mood was depressed and our subs were only half full to probably not cut any new vegetables. In addition, the subs were in the oven too long. I hope something will change .....

Do not know German on vouchers is not from when and they simply say not valid

It's a shame that you only get salads 35 minutes before closing time ... Otherwise it would be better if the service had been a bit friendlier

I was there yesterday, January 31st, 2020 at around 7 p.m. There were two young men who didn't even seem to know what they were doing there. Dried food was criss-crossed in the counter area, the tables in the guest area were more or less a disaster. One employee did not understand me correctly, nor could I understand him correctly. After we could not redeem the vouchers because it was obviously PrimeTime, so from 6 p.m. the vouchers would be invalid, it is very amusing that despite PrimeTime there were no breads available, people after us left the shop because they had half an hour have to wait for bread.

Delicious and so, but staff sometimes seems stressed, must quickly decide what you want, zack zack ...

Never eaten such a bad sub. Staff totally unfriendly and impassive my sub looked like it had been occupied by a three year old how can you be so incapable. It was also totally dirty and the employees argued over who opened the door because it was locked. Not worth a visit !!!!!!

Always good food

I love Subway, but some of the staff have never really learned how to smear or fill a bread. One really wonders how they manage to tie their shoes in the morning. The visual atmosphere is also more than questionable. A shame!

Great service that even children can handle. Very nice and friendly. The shop and the toilets were not so clean but the lady was (again) alone and unfortunately you can not look for anything.

We were on a tourist trip from Ireland to this beautiful city bitburg. Then my wife asked me to stop by and get some food for the kids. It was terrible. Very poor and bad service. The staffs are rude especially the plump guy. He's so irrational. Well, it's OK. I won't throw my money away again. I prefer other eateries.
